SPEAKER BIOS:

Sarah Feingold is General Counsel of Vroom, where she is responsible for all legal matters. She previously served as Senior Counsel at Etsy. As the first in-house counsel and 17th employee, she played an integral role in the company’s growth. Her personal mission statement is to empower dreamers, partner with doers, educate thinkers, and inspire the aspiring.

Allison Hoffman is Chief Legal Officer and Chief Talent Officer of Intersection, where she oversees legal matters and shapes corporate culture across Intersection’s offices nationwide. Prior to joining Intersection, she oversaw legal and human resources for Martha Stewart Omnimedia, culminating in the company’s sale. She was also SVP and Chief Legal Officer of ALM Media.

Gwen Marcus is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Showtime Networks Inc. As the company’s chief legal officer, she is responsible for all of its legal affairs, including its programming and distribution transactions, intellectual property, compliance, and litigation and regulatory issues. An integral member of Showtime Networks’ senior management team, she is often recognized by industry publications as a top executive in her field. She joined the company in 1984 as Assistant Counsel.

Amy Sandgrund-Fisher is General Counsel of the Clinton Foundation. Previously, she served as people counsel at AppNexus, where she was responsible for providing legal advice on employment matters and nonprofit partnerships, among other responsibilities. Prior to this role, she served in senior legal roles at several for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Tough Mudder.

Blythe Lovinger is a shareholder in the New York office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation before federal and state court, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels. She has defended employers and senior executives against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York Labor Law, and the Family Medical Leave Act. She also advises clients on a wide range of employment issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations, employment, consulting and separation agreements, and employment policies and practices.
