NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) invites the ACC-NYC to taste and experience the unique history of the Lower East Side. The Tenement Museum offers a truly memorable experience for guests to learn about the uniquely American story of immigration and the rich, diverse landscape it continues to create.

This event will ensure an unforgettable evening where guests can create their own history, featuring:

• Local beverages (including locally sourced beers and wine) and historical foods of the lower east side, featuring some of the neighborhood’s most iconic vendors.

• Private tours of the National Historic Landmark Tenement Building led by dedicated educators.

• Guests will receive their very own copy of the book, A Tenement Story: The History of the Tenement Museum.

By Subway

Subway service can sometimes change. Please check the MTA website for service updates before heading to the Tenement Museum.

B D trains to Grand Street

Exit at Grand and Chrystie. Walk east (away from Bowery) on Grand Street for four blocks. Take a left at Orchard Street and walk north for two blocks to the Museum Shop 103 Orchard Street.

F to Delancey Street

Once you exit the subway, walk two blocks away from the Williamsburg Bridge (west) on Delancey Street to Orchard Street, turn left, and walk 1/2 block south to the Museum Shop 103 Orchard Street.

J M Z trains to Essex Street

Once you exit the subway, walk two blocks away from the Williamsburg Bridge (west) on Delancey Street to Orchard Street, turn left, and walk 1/2 block south to the Museum Shop 103 Orchard Street.

By Bus

The M15 and Sightseeing buses stop at the corner of Grand and Allen Streets. Exit the bus and walk one block east to Orchard Street. Then walk one 1/2 block north toward Delancey Street.

Parking

The Tenement Museum does not offer onsite parking. Metered street parking is available, but limited. Please allow plenty of additional time to find parking if you require it.
