Zoom Meeting

Is it possible to feel motivated and empowered about your life when everything around you is in turmoil? When uncertainty is the only thing that has become certain? How do you differentiate burnout versus stress, and regulate the pace of this seemingly endless marathon of changes? These are questions that we’ve all asked ourselves.  During this webinar, we will consider these questions and discuss how this time has created a space to implement tools to increase our resilience and give us a sense of control within the chaos.  During a one-hour panel event, followed by a 30-minute breakout room session, we will share tools to personally and professionally leverage this time to IMPROVE -- not to return to the status quo.
