OVERVIEW

In considering whether and how to conduct an internal investigation, in-house counsel must address multiple issues requiring tough judgment calls.

- Should an investigation be launched?

- Who should lead the investigation?

- Is any interim remedy necessary?

- What kind of report should issue?

Our program will discuss how in-house counsel can approach these difficult questions, which can shape and determine the ultimate success of any internal investigation.
