The Covid-19 pandemic caught us all off-guard. We expected a short-term disruption. Recognizing that many of us are juggling multiple tasks and doing what we can to get through each day, we have observed a disproportionate impact on women. The theme of this year's International Women's Day is Choose to Challenge.

Now a year into the crisis, we have an opportunity to reflect; to celebrate what we've been able to accomplish and how we have risen to the challenge. Now it's time to look at what we can do going forward to position ourselves for success.

Inspired by Tina's Wish (an ovarian cancer non-profit dedicated to funding scientific research for the prevention and early detection of ovarian cancer), join Clifford Chance's Sarah Campbell for an interactive panel with Weill Cornell's Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology Dr Melissa Frey, Food and Nutrition expert Mae Reilly, MS, RD, LDN, and Corporate Counseling Association Counsellor Emma Bellow LMSW. They'll address:

o Women's Health – A discussion on self-awareness and advocacy
o Nutrition – Exploring how diet impacts the other areas of your life
o Mental Health – Making space for self-care and mental health

IWD asks us to #choosetochallenge. On March 8, join us and Choose to Challenge: Wellbeing.
