OVERVIEW

Regulation of the employer/employee relationship has never been so stunning. With the change in administration in Washington, DC (White House and Congress) has come a renewed focus on employment laws and pro-employee initiatives affecting large and small businesses. This webinar will analyze the first 100 days of the Biden Administration, and forecast the coming months and years of this first term, on issues ranging from agency priorities and wage and hour requirements to employee mobility and unionization.
